Elizabeth was born and raised in Guelph. She was introduced to yoga in high school and fell in love with the Sivananda Yoga tradition. In 2011 she attended her first teacher training at the Sivananda Vedanta ashram in Val Morin, Quebec. The lessons learned through that experience informed her yoga practice and compliments her style of yoga instruction today.
Soon after in 2012 she discovered the Modo studio in Guelph, which quickly became her home studio. She attended Queen’s University in Kingston for a degree in Biology.
After university she worked and traveled throughout South East Asia as well as parts of Europe and North America. While at home Elizabeth continued her Moksha practice and in 2016 she attended the Modo teacher training session in Kelowna, BC.
She is incredibly excited to continue her development as a teacher and a yogi in her hometown and looks forward to seeing you all in the studio.
